While studying in London, Dubliner Dave Holmes had his first taste of wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and it in turn lit a fire in him. Some time (and many margheritas) later he began slinging pies to punters in the lane behind Ryan’s pub in Smithfield and Coke Lane Pizza was born. 

That was March 2017, just 10 months later he moved the operation to the Yard at Lucky’s, proving that you can take the pizza out of Coke Lane but…The second outpost at The Circular in Rialto debuted in December 2019 and the team now numbers 15 across the two locations. They’re a tight and diverse crew united by their passion for pizza.
