Our seasonal specials continue with a guest pizza and absolute cracker from the newest restaurant on Meath Street, our close neighbours in Lucky’s, Jaru. A Korean retail and restaurant business, they have nailed the crossover between Korean cuisine and the Irish palate. This month cabbage is in season and Jaru’s house made kimchi flies off the shelf and is proper authentic in it’s production. Handmade every day, it is 100% natural with no artificial additives or preservatives. You would think it would be pretty weird on a pizza, but paired with our double fried chicken thighs and yangnyum sauce (think deep south BBQ sauce but with an asian twang), this pizza is fast becoming a fan and staff favourite.
